All orders ship fully tracked through CourierPost, and can be delivered to any NZ physical address or PO Box. We are a locally owned NZ business, with our administration office in Mairangi Bay, Auckland. Pickup is available from our Mairangi Bay office, but as we do not have a retail operation our stock is not warehoused on-site, so please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to be ready for pickup.
