Naughty November: Let’s Talk About Men’s Health (Yes, That Kind Too)

Ah, November. The month of Movember moustaches, backyard barbecues, and - if we’re honest - a touch of cheeky energy in the air. But while the jokes fly and the upper lips get furrier, there’s something genuinely important behind all the banter: men’s health. And yes, that includes sexual health.

Too often, conversations about men’s wellbeing stop at “get your prostate checked.” Important, absolutely, but what about everything else below the belt (and between the ears)? Sexual health is a key part of overall health, yet it’s still treated like an awkward afterthought. Whether it’s getting a routine STI check, talking openly about erectile issues, or just admitting you’ve Googled “why am I so tired lately?”, it’s all part of looking after yourself.

Ladies; don’t scroll away just yet. You play a huge role here too. Gentle encouragement can make all the difference in getting the men in your life to book that check-up or open up about what’s really going on. Because good health - physical, emotional, and sexual - is a team sport.

So this Naughty November, let’s reclaim the word “naughty.” Be bold enough to talk about what’s usually left unsaid. Have the laugh, grow the mo, book the test, ask the questions. The truth is, there’s nothing sexier than self-care and self-awareness.

After all, confidence starts with feeling good—and feeling good starts with looking after yourself. Now that’s a kind of naughty we can all get behind.

(Because real men—and women—know that health is the ultimate turn-on.)
